This is job is for the position of Waiter at a fine-dining restaurant in Gulberg, Lahore. Job Description: Greeting and welcoming customers as they arrive at the restaurant. Assisting customers in selecting food and beverages from the menu. Taking accurate orders and relaying them to the kitchen staff promptly. Serving food and beverages to customers in a courteous and efficient manner. Ensuring that customers have a positive and enjoyable dining experience. Addressing any customer inquiries or concerns in a professional manner. Monitoring table turnover and ensuring efficient use of seating capacity. Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Preparing and setting up dining areas for service. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas and workstations. Handling payment transactions and ensuring accuracy in billing. Upselling menu items and promoting special offers to enhance guest satisfaction. Adhering to all health and safety regulations and food handling guidelines. Assisting with the setup and breakdown of events or special functions. Participating in team meetings and training sessions as required.
