This job offer is for the position of Guest Relations Officer/Maître D (Females Only) at a fine-dining restaurant in Gulberg, Lahore. Job Description: Greeting and welcoming guests with a warm and professional demeanor. Managing reservations and coordinating table assignments. Escorting guests to their tables and ensuring their comfort throughout the dining experience. Supervising and assisting the dining room staff to maintain excellent service. Providing menu recommendations and answering guest questions. Handling guest complaints and resolving issues. Monitoring service pace and ensuring timely attention to guests. Overseeing table settings and dining area ambiance. Coordinating with kitchen and bar staff for seamless service flow. Assisting in managing special events and large group reservations. Handling billing and payment processing. Training and mentoring front-of-house staff on service etiquette. Conducting pre-shift meetings to update staff on the day's information. Collaborating with management to implement policies and procedures. Staying informed about restaurant offerings and special events. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
