This job offer is for the position of General Manager at a Restaurant Group with branches in Lahore and Islamabad. Job Description: Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve the restaurant's financial and operational objectives. Financial Management: Monitoring and managing budgets, expenses, and profitability to ensure financial targets are met. Operations Management: Overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house, kitchen, bar, and administrative functions. Staff Management: Hiring, training, and supervising restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, bartenders, and support personnel. Customer Service: Ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and resolving any guest complaints or issues. Menu Planning and Development: Collaborating with the culinary team to create and update menus that align with the restaurant's concept and customer preferences. Quality Control: Ensuring that food quality, service, and cleanliness meet or exceed the restaurant's standards. Marketing and Promotions: Developing and executing marketing strategies and promotional activities to attract and retain customers. Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Managing inventory levels, ordering supplies, and coordinating with suppliers to maintain stock levels. Health and Safety Compliance: Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Staff Training and Development: Providing training and professional development opportunities to enhance staff skills and performance. Performance Analysis: Analyzing sales and performance data to make data-driven decisions and improvements. Facility Maintenance: Overseeing the maintenance and appearance of the restaurant and addressing any issues promptly. Liaison with Vendors and Suppliers: Building and maintaining positive relationships with vendors and suppliers.
