This job offer is for the position of Kitchen Helper at a fine-dining restaurant in Gulberg, Lahore. Job Description: Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, including workstations and storage spaces. Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Clean kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues to supervisors. Help with receiving and organizing ingredient deliveries. Support cooks and chefs during busy periods by fetching ingredients and assisting with plating. Follow strict food safety and hygiene guidelines, including proper food handling and storage. Dispose of kitchen waste and recyclables properly. Assist with general cleaning tasks in the kitchen, including mopping floors and wiping surfaces. Support serving staff during busy service times by carrying trays and delivering food to tables. Adhere to health, safety, and other relevant restaurant standards. Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow in the kitchen. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to maintain an efficient work environment.
