Understanding of IP phone systems, VoIP protocols, and related technologies. Proficiency in configuring and managing various IP phone models and brands. Strong knowledge of network protocols, including VLANs, DHCP, and QoS. Problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve connectivity and quality issues. Familiarity with network security practices and their application to IP phone systems. Good communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide user support.
