We seek a motivated and dynamic Tele-Sales Representative to join our real estate team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage potential clients through outbound calls, gauge their interest in real estate opportunities, and share qualified leads with the sales team. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients using company-provided data. Introduce real estate services and assess client interest in purchasing, selling, or investing in Dubai properties. Identify and qualify leads based on set criteria and customer needs. Schedule appointments for the sales team where applicable. Accurately document client responses, contact information, and. Share qualified leads promptly with the sales team for follow-up. Achieve daily and weekly call quotas and lead generation targets. Stay updated on current real estate projects, market trends, and company offerings. Qualifications: Previous experience in tele-sales or customer service (real estate experience is a plus). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English (Arabic and other languages are a plus). Basic knowledge of real estate and interest in the industry. Goal-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM software and lead management is preferred. Salary: Salary+Good commission Working Hours: Full-time,6 days a week, WORK FROM HOME
