JOB DESCRIPTION:
* Preparation of fast Food : Sandwiches ' pastas ' pizza ' wraps ' burgers
* Making Chillers and drinks : Cold Coffee ' margaritas ' pina colada ' Milk shakes
* Upkeep of Machines and Equipment: Familiar with maintenance of kitchen equipment and use of knives
* Record of kitchen food Inventory: application of Expiry dates on food items
* Training of new Cooks : Training of new staff members
* Kitchen SOPs : Adhere to kitchen procedures including dress codes ' hygiene ' use of plastic ' water management ' food stacking
* Must Have knowledge: Cutting ' flame control'Baking ' first in first out
