Responsibilities: • Manage all aspects of the beverage service • Ensure the efficient and timely preparation and serving of beverages to customers • Maintain a clean and organized beverage station, including restocking supplies as needed. • Oversee inventory management, including ordering and tracking beverage supplies • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards for beverage preparation and service • Provide excellent customer service, addressing any beverage-related inquiries or concerns • Train and supervise beverage staff, ensuring they follow proper procedures and maintain a high standard of service. • Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure seamless coordination of beverage orders with food service. • Monitor and maintain beverage equipment to ensure proper functionality and cleanliness • Implement strategies to promote beverage offerings and upsell where appropriate. Requirements: • Proven experience in a similar bar service role. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Knowledge of safe food handling and beverage preparation practices
