1 Preparing the monthly payroll for all staff. 2 Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, taxation and other transactions. Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company. 3 Review financial data and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports. 4 Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company. 5 Develop & maintain good filing system for financial documents. 6 Manage and keep records of all types of accounting transaction (Advances, Account receivable/ expense). 7 Receive the inventory report and reconcile it with his/her project inventory records. 8 Prepare reports for internal and external Audit. 9 Be updated on all information regarding new rules, policies & procedures of Pakistan Specially Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Finance. 10 Keep track of project bank account and petty cash. Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and when required prepare cash flow. Prepare and keep track of budget and prepare monthly budget analyses report. 11 Ensure that the expenses are recorded according to the proper budget lines and categorized systematically. 12 Ensure close coordination with Logistics and Procurement sections and ensure timely submission of budget/cash request to the CEO. 13 Maintain policies, procedures, documents and database as well as hard copy binders. 14 Coordinate with other departments for sharing/obtaining relevant information. 15 Maintain of the filling system ensuring safekeeping of confidential materials. 16 Follow up on deadlines & commitments made. Perform any other task assigned by the CEO 17 Dealing with Custum and Fbr prepare proper documents to report them as per demanding Qualification Bba bcom Mba Gender female Experiences above 5 years qualification and experienced require as demanding
