Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Officer to join our team. The Accounts Officer will be responsible for managing financial transactions, analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and customer affairs. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Prepare financial statements and reports
Reconcile bank statements
Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting
Ensure compliance with financial regulations
Perform financial analysis and report findings to management
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Proven work experience as an Accounts Officer or similar role
Strong knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
